Accessing your existing IAQG Training account

With the upcoming launch of the 2016 Online Update Components, you will need to log in to your existing AATT account to be eligible to complete the purchase. If you are unable to access your account, please consider the following options:

  • If you do have access to the original email address but do not remember your password, please use the Password Reset Feature.
  • If you do not have access to the original email address but do remember your password, please login to the site and access the Account section, or use the Email Change Feature.
  • If you do not have access to your email and do not remember your password, please submit a request to our Customer Support Team. With your request, please submit your previous email address and a copy of either your paid iaqgtraining.com invoice, or your valid AATT certificate.

Updating your AATT Records

If you haven’t accessed the AATT in some time, this would be a good opportunity to confirm that your email address is accurate and your password is secure. You can access these options upon logging-in to the site by clicking on the “Account” option, and choosing “Change E-mail Address” or “Change Password”. We also have external forms available for this purpose:

We highly recommend that you change your AATT password periodically, and that you do not reuse the same password across multiple Internet sites.

If you have difficulty accessing your account due to having forgotten your email address and no longer remembering your password, please contact us, being sure to provide your former email address, an invoice number, and a certificate number related to your account.
