UPDATE (2023-08-17): Please visit the Revised 9104-1/9101 Transition Plan FAQ for updates related to the new AATT program and the temporary reinstatement of the existing program.
UPDATE (2023-06-15): We updated this notice to reflect changes to the planned AATT launch schedule. The Calibration Events for AATT Trainer/Evaluators and Training Provider Administrators that were originally scheduled for late-June 2023 will be rescheduled to a later date. In addition, the AATT 2023: 9100 Online Component launch will be rescheduled to a later date based on changes requested after the previous pilot classes and the result of additional planned pilot activity. We will provide additional updates as information is available. For any trainer/evaluators who were not able to attend the pilot classes in May, we are now running an additional pilot from 10 to 13 July; please contact Plexus LV Support if you are interested in attending.
Introduction
As noted in ICOT Supplemental Rule 004, IAQG is transitioning all AQMS auditors to align with the changes in 9104-1:2022 and 9101:2022. The current version of the 9100, 9110, and 9120 Aerospace Auditor Transition Training (AATT) will be suspended in all languages effective April 30, 2023. Please review the Training Provider Notice: Upcoming Temporary Suspension of the IAQG AATT Program for full details, including the impact of the suspension on AATT purchasing and scheduling and the retake process for existing AATT participants. As a reminder, all AATT classes currently scheduled from May 2023 onward will be cancelled on the IAQG Training site and will have to be rescheduled after the program relaunch.
The updated AATT 2023: 9100 Online Component is scheduled to be released in late-June 2023 later in 2023. The initial release is in English only with other IAQG-approved languages to be released separately based on standard publication and material translation timing. The Online Component is a prerequisite to attending the updated IAQG AATT 2023: 9100 instructor-led training course. The AATT 2023: 9110 and 9120 AATT programs will be released shortly after the AATT 2023: 9100 AATT. NOTE: We will be using the “AATT 2023” nomenclature to identify the newly-updated AATT training class and all related online components (including exams), instead of using the publication date of the underlying standards.
Requirements for AATT Trainer/Evaluators
